1. Returns
We accept returns on most products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Products that are damaged, used, or without original packaging will not be eligible for a return.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Please note that refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method, refunds will be processed via cash.
